In order to get your book in our queue for email promotion, must offer a substantial markdown to between $3.99 and $0.99 or even free. Permanently free books are perfectly fine. The book needs to be widely available either on your author website, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or other major websites. There are no page count restrictions or caps. We will promote any genre and even stand-alone novels and short stories. The book needs to be high quality and free of errors. This means having a nice book jacket and being well formatted without typos and simple grammatical mistakes.
The most successful book sales campaigns are diverse. Meaning this email promotion should be one of your many promotion efforts you make to sell your books. There are basic components to every email we send. A positive tone is very important to us when talking about your book. The title we assign should excite readers with terms like ‘Must Read’ and “Don’t Miss This New Classic”. A brief matter-of-fact synopsis about the book is written to help readers quickly understand what the book is about and make a purchase. Showing a Strikethrough from the original price to the discounted price is really important to creating the sense of urgency and driving action. Of course there is always a Call-To-Action button included which is linked to your book profile on something like Amazon. If the queue is backed up we sometimes include multiple books in the email, however your book will have its own dedicated section and this does not seem to impact performance.
